“By Amazing Grace” was inspired by the episode “Heart of Gold” from the TV show Firefly. It’s about toxic masculinity and what a real man is.


Some people use religion as justification for atrocious behavior. It reminds people to pay attention to what is righteous and just as opposed to evil people who use religion to control others.


Real men and good people recognize and value the strength of women. They don’t try to control them or blame them for their own weakness and failings.
