about

If you're buying an album of Celtic Christmas music, you probably love Celtic music. I do too. It's the reason I started the Irish & Celtic Music Podcast and the reason it's still running eight years later. I love helping indie Celtic musicians.

After listening to "A Celtic Christmas", you probably have a nice idea of what kind of music each of these artists play. However, an idea is just not good enough to me. I want you to not only know what their music is like, but to fall in love with it and support the bands.

That's why I asked each band on the compilation to submit at least one additional MP3 of their music. Nearly every artist complied. I am extremely pleased to share these MP3s with you.

If one or more of these artists move you in any way, do me a favor, drop by their website. Email the artists. Tell them you found them and fell in love with their music because of “A Celtic Christmas”. And if you have a few bucks available, consider buying one of their albums.

If you'd like to hear more great indie Celtic music, visit the Irish & Celtic Music Podcast at www.celticmusicpodcast.com.
